We came to New Zealand on holiday in 2002, fell in love with the country and found ourselves two years later arriving in Palmy as immigrants. We had booked ourselves in to a motel expecting to be able to find some short-term furnished accommodation until we could sort out something more permanent. Not so! We had the expense of four weeks in the motel and six weeks in unfurnished rental accommodation re-buying essential items pending the arrival of our container from England. As a result of this experience, we have set up Nice House Limited, providing comfortable, fully-equipped, family homes in popular Hokowhitu. Both houses are close to local services, the town centre, Massey University, Agresearch, Hortresearch, International Pacific College and zoned for all the popular schools. If you're here for education or work, to establish a new life in New Zealand or on a fixed-term sabbatical or secondment in Palmerston North, Nice House could be your first base. All you need to do is step off the plane with your suitcases and move in!
