Rental

Rental is on the basis of Short-Term Fixed Tenancy Agreements and subject to the Residential Tenancy Act 1986. Short-Term Fixed Tenancy Agreements can be from 2 to 17 weeks. (see here for more information).

Weekly rental rates vary according to the length of the tenancy (prices in NZD):

15 weeks or longer @ $475 per week,

10 - 15 weeks @ $500 per week,

5 - 9 weeks @ $550 per week,

2 - 4 weeks @ $600 per week,

Rental rates include:

telephone connection with free local phone calls¹

Xtra Broadband Explorer package

bed linen and towels

all basic kitchen equipment

garden maintenance except lawns (mower provided)

¹basic Telecom/Xtra residential package included. Any additional charges incurred for national and international calls can be billed separately.

Rental rates do not include:

gas and electricity bills - charged separately from meter readings/bills
