Rental

Rental is on the basis of Short-Term Fixed Tenancy Agreements and subject to the Residential Tenancy Act 1986. Short-Term Fixed Tenancy Agreements can be from 2 to 17 weeks. (see here for more information).

Weekly rental rates vary according to the length of the tenancy (prices in NZD):

10 weeks or longer @ $425 per week , all bills excluded OR (whichever you prefer):

10 weeks or longer @ $500 per week, all bills included (telephone, broadband, gas & electricity)

5 - 9 weeks @ $550 per week, all bills included

2 - 4 weeks @ $600 per week, all bills included

Current availability:

Nice House 1: available from 5th -11th January 2009, and from March/April onwards

Nice House 2: booked until 1st January 2009 and from 13th January till 2nd April, thereafter available

Rental rates include:

normal usage electricity and gas ¹

telephone connection with free local phone calls²

computer and Xtra Go Large Broadband package

bed linen and towels

all basic kitchen equipment

garden maintenance

¹based on average energy consumption with seasonal variations (last two years have been hottest and coldest on record!). Extraordinary usage will be billed separately.
²basic Telecom/Xtra residential package included. Any additional charges incurred for national and international calls can be billed separately.
